Wait... Wait.... I have a $30 blender. It blends. It blends good. Does this blend $500 more harder?
Depends. How much do you use your blender? I use this model every day since I purchased it
3 years ago. In my younger years I worked at a place that had multiple vitamix and blendtec blenders, so I got to experience their performance day in and day out. Nothing quite like the texture that they can produce. I mean, you may as well be comparing a Camry to an SL…both will get you from point A to point B, but one is clearly very different from the other
I have the boss blender from a few years ago but it doesn't blend smoothies silky smooth and I think the vitamix might be slightly better at that but can't justify the 550 for it...yet. maybe if I sell my old one for $200 I could
This may not be the right place to compare products but I'll ask anyway.
How does an equivalent Ninja model hold up?
On paper the specs look very comparable, the additional jars and containers look interesting on the Ninja and the price makes it very tempting ... but I might be overlooking some obvious limitation with the Ninja so would really like to hear anyone having personal experience between these models.

This is a USA made boat motor fit in a blender with food processor capabilities.
But, don't do any research and buy one. We fanboys are trying to lower demand
in hopes of $30 cost for these.

maybe they will throw in a $100 hdmi cable or some audiophile speaker cable to push me over the edge
