I ordered a Surf Blue but got a Cactus color instead. Only option to get through to customer service is request a return by email. I emailed them this morning and nobody has responded back to be yet. This is the first time I've bought from woot and honestly didn't think the experience would be this sloppy.

They usually respond within 24 hours from the date and time of delivered email. I just got theirs promptly.

Reminds me of the Apple smart covers on earlier iPads, they go flying off every 5 minutes. Drove me nuts. I'm super happy with the average $12 no name case. So my case came home yesterday, I have a couple of other Apple folio cases but none of them have such noticeably weak magnet like this one. Compared with my other generic brand on Amazon, can tell the difference between magnet strength. I think I'm gonna return this one.

Received my cactus color today, and can confirm it fits the larger cut-out on the 2nd/3rd/4th gen 11" models.

Price is good for OEM, so I'm going to order a second.
