I appreciate the transparent chat, but one thing you are failing to understand in the tone of your messages is that agent is not responsible for a single iota of that problem. If you express your problems seriously and nicely you can get the discount much faster and with dignity for both parties intact in most cases. You just need to separate the company and the individual you are talking to who is quite literally the lowest individual in that company's hierarchy.

Killer deal with WINTER25. There are also some CB opportunities to look for. Return shipping is $5, but I ordered two sizes anyways – Merrell tends to run out of sizes after deals like this.

i have these. nice shoes but the grip is terrible, even for walkin around the city like i use them for.
