    If you have the option, choose JCP over Amazon for this.

    Amazon has had problems with fake product in their stock, and while they've taken steps to try to eliminate mixing, some of the recent low star reviews seem to indicate that people are still getting product consistency that's different than what long time users expected.

    Bought from JCPenny last summer, it never showed up, and weeks later shipping info said broken, return to sender, was still billed for it. Had to contact JC Penny to get my money back, then had to correct them on the right amount. Probably a fluke, but never again.

    Tingling is literally useless in shampoo. If you insist on menthol tingle you can get that from any shampoo with menthol that isn't overpriced. Menthol is shampoo is like alcohol in mouthwash.

    Preferably one that does not have SLS, like this shampoo does. SLS, sodium lauryl sulfate is an irritant and can cause skin agitation/acne
