Calm lifetime subscription normally cost $399 but there is currently a 60% off offer, which currently puts a lifetime license at $159. However, connect to VPN in Turkey and the price shows at TRY 1,329.99 and with the current 60% off promo, it becomes TRY 531.99 which works out to be about $29 USD.

I used my free Windscribe VPN connected to Istanbul Ataturk. You may need to log into your account or create in a new incognito/private browsing session to see the TRY price (instead of USD).

I copied the details above from the previous thread and updated the link to the new offer.
https://slickdeals.net/f/15527299-88-off-lifetime-calm-subscription-42?v=1

Update 11/29/22: added direct link and a screenshot of the 60% offer page.
Update 11/30/22: Deal expired, price has increased to TRY 5,999.99 - 3,600.00 = TRY 2399.99 (or about $129 USD)

Ironic how stressed failing to get this deal to work has made me.
Lol was going to say the same...GDI I really wanted this and I can't get it to work. I have no clue how people are getting Google Pay to show up as an option, it never appears for me.

I logged into my existing calm account (never paid for their service) and created a privacy.com credit card as well as used NordVPN in Turkey.
I see the price of 529 TRY and attempt to check out but keep getting "There was an error charging your card. Please try again". I have double and triple
checked the credit card # in privacy to make sure it matches.

Privacy shows the following under Transactions History:
Calm.com Nov 29 at 10:25am Total: $0 Total, Status: Settled,

I did put a total spend limit of $35 US.

What should I do next? Should I try a normal credit card in US? Create a new calm account? or ???

I've had the same issues...others have been successfully checking out using Google Pay in a icognito Chrome browser by setting up an account using a Google account linked with Google Pay, but I've had no success doing that. Do you see Google Pay as an option? It's not there for me.

If I am an existing member with a paid annual membership expiring in a few months, would I have to joing with a new email address?

Anyone having hard time getting this deal - I tried using Safari and Firefox on Mac with multiple credit cards (including Privacy.com card) and it did not work.
On my iPhone, I connected to Turkey VPN using NordVPN and was successful in one try.

Good luck.

You can use your current account but you will have to cancel the monthly subscription to avoid further charges.

You sure you didn't get charged more than $29? I accidentally turned off my VPN before submitting my payment (I've been troubleshooting and trying to get this deal working) and got charged $159 - I'm now trying to get Calm to refund me. Epic fail all over and lots of wasted time on this deal! Frown
You're right, same thing happened. It managed to subscribe finally using an android tablet and chrome through google pay

What browser did you use on your iPhone, and what payment method?

NordVPN (Turkey) + Chrome (Incognito) + copy SD link for Promo should still work 100%. And then use a card with no foreign tx fees (eg Amazon Visa)

No Google Pay option.
I created a new account for Calm and it still didn't work.

I am striking out.

I have screenshots that shows TRY 531.99 will be charged. If they don't refund me, i will go through Amex with the evidence.

I tried again with Chrome Icognito, New Account and Privacy.com credit card. Still no luck.
Oh well. I will be forced to use the free apps suggested in this thread.
Thanks for saving me $29.
