The B2 does 120hz over 2 HDMI ports.
C1 does have a better processer and panel and gets brighter in HDR
B2 is brighter in SDR though

This is a tough one due to the inevitable comparisons between C1 and B2. I personally am taking delivery of the ~$1100 C1 deal on Amazon from a few days ago and am tempted to consider this but at some point you have to call it and accept what you bought right?

Why would you even consider buying this over the C1? You got such a better tv in the C1.

Previous deal on Amazon, I think it was 10% cash back for certain Amazon credit cards. See link: https://slickdeals.net/f/16230562-65-lg-oled65c1pub-4k-smart-oled-tv-2021-model-1197-free-shipping

Having owned both the B2 and the C1 with the evo panel the C1 picture is better for sure in HDR. it's noticeably more smooth and bright in my opinion. I honestly think it looks much better handling for sports as well if you like to watch games.

Everyone on reddit says the b2 is better than the c1 if you don't need the extra hdmi 2.1 ports 🤷. B2 is better in bright rooms and SDR, and better viewing angle, and mostly equivalent otherwise.

I was going to purchase this B2 from Amazon. I had some doubts after reading and researching. I decided to drive to Best Buy and look it myself. The B2 is great if you aren't able to find any deals locally or online but the picture and specs winner are clearly the c1 or c2. I went on yelp and look for local smaller retailers see if they have any c1 or c2 on discount. I called Video Only in Marin County California near where I live and they had C2 65" for $1350 and five years extended. I reserved one and got it for $1480 out the door brand new. YMMV.

I don't live far! What do you suggest saying to local places when you call? Do you negotiate?

The shop is call Video Only. I called in and ask them for the best price on the C2 65" and they said they can do it for $1349 + 5 years extended ( does not cover burn). However there are other posts claiming they've gotten their 65" C2 for $1300 at mountain view location. Good luck! It's amazing TV you won't regret it.
