I went into my local Costco for the Lego Harry Potter advent calendar. It was priced as around $30 or so on the shelf. Because I had read about this deal I took it to the register to check the price and it rand up as $20. So it's worth checking even if it is signed at regular price.

Very good deal for a new and popular set.

…but definitely should put YMMV and B&M in the title, if possible, as I believe the .97 clearance pricing is a per-store decision.
