In the low tier drives I am going to say they are all about the same -/+ 10% speeds etc.

The 1tb is $47, probably better to go with that since its a little less per GB and having larger drives is always nice

While I do agree for flipping system etc. no point to spend the extra as most on 2nd hand market are happy with 512GB at a lower overall unit cost.
