They have less camera protection than any of the 5 cases I already own. Also less screen protection than any of them also. It's like less than 1mm raised on the top and bottom and almost flush with a glass screen protector.
I was hoping to replace my daily Caseology Athlex case because it's a little too thick for a magnetic plate inside. I'm going back to that as my daily, feels much better and protected as well.
As a thin case and for my car I'm using the Spigen liquid air which has better camera protection as well.
I will say that the buttons feel good.
If I can find a cheap way to ship them back I will.
I had a very different read on the Pixel 7 pro. The case seems far inferior to the Spigen Liquid Air and Ringke fusion. The protection of the screen and the curved edges is not all that great. I had another temporary case I got off Amazon for $2.99 - the protection of the Havana is similar. Not terrible for $7.50, but not as good as the Caseology/Ringke/Spigen.

What was your opinion of Spigen liquid Air vs Havana? I guess we have to pay return shipping to send the cases back. At $8 for a case, doesn't make a lot of sense to spend $5 to ship it back and get back $3.
Pretty similar. Havana probably provides more drop protection but less camera.

I used a gear 4 case with D30 on my iPhone XS and loved it. I feel the protection was great for how slim it was. The d30 might be mostly marketing but I like it.
I thought the Spigen was designed with Google and basically allowed the best protection.

I have to say.. It is likely that you made a mistake (being a human), and not the website (which, otherwise, should make that mistake for many many orders, unless this is a case of bit flip).. What did you expect the CSR to say, really?!
