Easy. Just buy two heavy-duty metal brackets that have pre-drilled holes in them and bolt them to the brackets on the TV mount. I've been running this setup on the TV mounted in front of my treadmill for a couple of years.

I would like something like that but could hold a center speaker either above or below the tv. I haven't really looked into it but maybe something that attaches to those two brackets that forms a platform that you can then set your center speaker on. Maybe something exists that I just haven't stumbled upon…

So, a...shelf? Sorry for being snarky, that's what I did was installed a shelf above the tv. This way if I changed the speakers, or want to display items above the tv, it's easy enough to just put them up there.
