In case anyone is wondering, I purchased a Conquer brand seat like this, but with the monitor stand for my sim racing at home. It is pretty decent for the price. The seat is not the most comfortable, but once you get it set up, the seat rails allow for moving around pretty easy. I will say that you obviously get what you pay for. It will be slightly askew. Again, you get what you pay for and at this price, QC is not top notch. All of the holes lined up and assembly was relatively straight forward. Once it was put together, it feels solid enough as well.

If you have a wheel like the Thrustmaster TMX which does not have the standard bolt holes that line up with most stands, you will need to buy an adaptor plate. I recommend using Ricmotech as their quality is crazy good. The standard clamp did not fit properly to this stand, and even once I figured out a way, I could not get it to clamp tight enough to stay put.

I have the first gen of this, like the guy in the post above me said the seat is not comfortable at all the upper has least amount of cushion possible when u press the brakes hard during gaming you can feel the poster board they have in there. I think I paid about 180 but this was way back when. This is a good for a casual gamer but if you plan to put in hours at a time I'd suggest paying more of a seat that doesn't give you body aches when you're done with a gaming sesh.
