I made a gift card purchase with my unlimited card 6 days ago and while I havent received an email notification the offer is gone from my added offers list which previously meant it triggered.

I'm thinking that if you buy a $100 REI giftcard from the deal below, you could maximize this deal, getting $20 back from Chase plus a $20 REI giftcard from REI. Just be sure to spend the $20 giftcard within the specified window (12/27/22-1/5/23)
