You'll need to speak to a Non-Indian Chat Rep to get the $150 off code. Otherwise, they can only offer you $50 off. -> Not correct. I was offered $150 link by an Indian rep after asking for it.
For the email offer, try adding the vacuum to the cart and waiting at the cart to see if it pops up. Try other browsers, if necessary.
This is how I got the additional $50.00 off
1 open a new browser, not logged into samsung
2 just add the vacuum into the cart
3 click on the cart
4 if you see the pop up box, enter the email, if not remove the vacuum and rinse and repeat
after a few tries you should get the prompt for the special $50 off code, they stack with the CS discount and the cybermonday discount
