Are you sensitive to artificial sweetener? I use Mrs buttersworth sugar free, sweet baby rays bbq sauce/ Hershey/ Heinz/ smuckers no sugar added everyday and it's helped me with diet. Plus I use sugar substitutes whenever I bake or make ninja creami ice cream. I usually limit myself to 15-30 gram servings of each, but so far no issues
