Love all my Wusthof knives, and it is a great value set at this price. Just be aware that for whatever reason, they use the softer carbon steel on this deli knife, only 56HRC vs. 58HRC for most of their other classic line knives.

I don't think my deli meats will notice. No, but seriously, good note. Perhaps with the "daily driver" nature of this knife, they adjusted the hardness down in favor of some additional corrosion resistance <shrug>.
