You can generally estimate runtime yourself. The 1008 Wh battery could theoretically output 1008 watts for one hour, or 100.8 watts for 10 hours. In pratice there are major inefficiencies that make this statement not quite true, but you can use these numbers to bookend runtime.

A fridge might use between 300 and 800 W but they run infrequently, often using no more than 1 kwh (1000 Wh) per day. Sump pump power use will depend on the sump pump size, but a 1/3 hp sump pump will use about 600 W running continuously, meaning if the pump needs to run 100% of the time the 1008Wh battery will only keep it running for less than two hours.
50 cent per Wh or I'm not biting
The premium for a foldable (and consequently probably won't last nearly as long as a rigid equivalent) solar panel is crazy. I bought a whole bunch of the 2x100watt ecoflow rigid panels for $130(per 2 100w panels) just days ago

I am ignorant regarding these. Would this keep a refrigerator or sump pump running for 6-7 hours?

I prefer regular panels myself as well. It's easier to set up a small regular panel than to unfold, stand up and try to aim one of these foldable panels. Since they usually don't use glass, the material on top would likely not last nearly as long.

I even have a tiny car panel I built with just usb to charge up something like a phone.

I saw that good panel deal, but my main system is small so my mppt plus the area I have to use wasn't good for adding a lot of additional 100 watt panels.

Any info on different panels or that setup you mentioned, I'm new in the way of solar panels

Seriously. You can buy Tesla PowerWalls for $0.63/Wh, and can get the batteries along with a car for $0.71. I'm guessing both also offer better warranties.

Depends on what you are trying to do. I have a small system in the house which isn't portable, a dyi Power station with a small panel which is portable and a tiny car panel with just USB.

Jumping in here with a query.

I am looking for a small solar panel and controller that will plug into a 12V outlet in my car and serve as a battery maintainer. It needs to have some kind of auto shutoff so that when I am driving the engine and the solar panel are not trying to both charge the battery. Do you know of any such device?

I picked up an EcoFlow unit with a 120W panel, that's really my beginnings with solar so far, I'd be interested in adding a few panels to my shed as a beginner project
