I just bought 6 of these at $15. They are very bright and it is nice to have them turn on walking into the shop. I can't say how long they will last, but they work good for me.

The ones I bought last year from Costco. The are linkable and were aesthetically better looking. Plus, they have a remote.

About 6 months ago I bought a bunch of 4' LED shop lights at Ace hardware for $2.99 each. They didn't have a motion sensor but I have them wired to a switch.

Could last 45 years, if you never turn them on. LED lifespans are a sham. I've replaced just as many LED bulbs as the flouresent bulbs from years ago.

Buying a shop light that doesn't use standard tubes that can be replaced is silly.

It has screw mounting holes on the back like a power strip.

It also comes with all the amounting hardware you'll need. Two chains, 4 drywall anchors, two screws, two screw hooks, and and those little S shaped chain attachments.

I recommend buying painters tape and using that to mark your holes.

You can use a drill to make a hole big enough for the drywall anchors then put your screws in them.

If putting these on wood then you won't need the anchors. It took about 5 minutes to mount each of these in my house.

Also that 5ft cord length is a lie. It's 4ft. So unfortunately for me they were too short and I'm having to use extension cords to make up the difference.

Eventually I'll just extend the cord lengths to get rid of length issue. Just need to get some crimps for it.
