I had multiple orders since August and Amazon always shipped me 12-pk (24 servings) for each order. This is an ongoing issue. Every time I gotta call them for a solution. The U.S. rep finally agreed to escalate the issue when I spoke to her few days ago.

Ordered this deal and the cuts deal several times and more often than not, I only get one 12 pack. A call to CS either gets me another 12 pack or a refund. Since Sheba is about the only kind my snobby kitties will eat, I keep ordering these deals and just straightening it out with CS if I need to. On a nutrition side note, I talked to my vet about this brand since we have a 10 month old along with a 2 1/2 year old and she said it was perfectly fine for both.
