I had one of these from last year... it's great for carrying folders, but I wouldn't use it for your laptop. It's too easy to get a dent if u drop or bump it around. A northface backpack has padding that will keep your laptop safe from bumps.

Actual dimensions of the MacBook Pro are 16-inch MacBook Pro: 14.01 x 9.77 x 0.66 inches; 4.7 pounds.

The bag is 14.76 x 10.24 x 1.54

So possibly...not sure how tight the zipping would be though

I just rolled the dice one for my 16" MacBook Pro, so guess we'll see

This is an ad post. It was first posted with just the slim gray backpack in the hot deals forum. No comments except about the SD extension for many hours. Then, magically it's front page and the other bag was added to the post. Hence the weird title and photos of two bags.

I don't want anything from them even it is free. I ordered a couple of mouses from them last month. They shipped it with UPS with signature. I am surprised to see a merchandise paid for the signature now for an item less than $50 nowadays. It says delivered on Saturday so I just have them shipped to my house. At that time I don't know it is by UPS. Then when the UPS guy came on Saturday, he didn't even bother to press the doorbell and left by leaving a door tag. At that time I were inside the house. I knew I were in trouble now because when they come back on Monday and Tuesday at the work time, there's no one at home. I called their CS and was told if I am willing to pick up the item in their office they will charge me $7.99 per item. WTF? They said the shipper can call them to change the address. I called Lenovo and requested to change the address to my office. They said their policy won't allow address change once the item shipped. How ridiculous! They put me on hold for 30 minutes to call the UPS. Then they told me the item can be picked at a UPS access point near my house, after the last attempt of delivery. This is apparently wrong. As expected, the UPS guy came at the time I were not at home again then the package was delivered to a really far location about 20 miles away. I called UPS to figure out this and the CSR told me they opened from 8 am to 12 am. It is 12 pm actually but that guy make a mistake saying 12 am. When I came in the afternoon they already closed. So I need to go back again next day. For these little items I waste more than 5 hours to get it, much more than what it worth. During the communication I don't feel the Lenovo CS show any willingness to help me. It is terrible to make the decision buying from them and I will never do it again
