    Great price and good coffee, well worth the try. I wish I could say we like the organic beans as well as or more than our other favorites, but that just hasn't really been the case.

    This is my least favorite of the lavazza coffees I've purchased. It leaves a really bad stain/residue on everything from only making one pot, coffee mug, thermos, coffee pot. I felt like my insides and teeth would be coated with a black residue. After making three pots, the last one mixed with other lavazza coffee to dilute it, I threw the rest of the beans away.

    Totally agree with this. Even non Organic Lavazza can be hit and miss too but when on it's quite good.

    This is the least favorite of all the Lavazza beans I tried for my espresso. It had a hint of cardboard. Too bad because I'd choose organic over not when given a choice (fully aware it is not an entirely rational strategy). Your taste may vary.
    FWIW, my favorite is qualità oro, followed at a distance by crema e gusto e qualità rossa.
