At my Costco they sell 12 oz bags of Hilo Nacho Cheese chips for $8.99 that are 3 net carbs. Just as good as these YMMV.

Yeah double the protein for a similar amount of calories. Significant difference.

Notice that Quest is super shady about their nutritional content. They don't even post it on their Amazon listings. On the Keto diet I'd rather eat Hilo chips which are made from almonds than some Frankenstein chips made in a lab that cost more than twice as much on sale no less. To each their own.

Unless you're diabetic or have pcos you shouldn't be worrying about carbs
