No fluffy head (for hardwood floors).

But it is brand new and cheap.

I'll wait for $280 that includes hardwood floor fluffy head attachment (Absolute) version.

The refurb V10 absolute is the sweet spot in terms of bang for buck. You can typically find them on sale for about $260-270, however I'm not sure if I've seen one recently. Sales used to be every month or two in the past

One cool thing about the V8 is you can get a battery adapter to run dewalt batteries through, currently you cant do this with the V10. Now do you want to do this with a brand new vacuum, that's your decision.
