You can get this set for $99, add the two missing sockets that the blow-molded case is already slotted for, would then be a complete set as 49-66-7012 plus you'd have an added adapter. Not sure who would ever use that adapter.. but, hey, it's a thing.
To complete the set you need these two parts:
49-66-6220 is the 3/8"

I bought a couple of these for Christmas presents and just bought the missing sockets from Northern Tool. I'm aware they're not a favorite retailer of many, but they had the best price for in stock.
Total comes up, for all 3, to about $128 -- which is about 30-35 less than the full set if bought as 49-66-7012.
Shipping might negate a lot of that savings depending on whether or not you get free shipping from Northern Tool. I had a friend with a subscription there so it didn't cost me anything otherwise I probably would have looked to get them somewhere else.
