The automated system wants you to put it back in the box and take it to UPS. So I had them call me.
They wanted me to put it back in the box and take it to UPS. I explained how it would not fit in the original and I didn't have one large enough. Took a supervisor and about 10min to approve a "one time only" refund w/o needing a return.
Definitely giving me a pause before buying another from Amazon.

that one person who thought to furnish a apt or rental is tripping trying to use this junk.
please do your home work. mattress underground is the go to for bed info.

I buy this kinda mattress during my annual retreat. sleep on it bare on the floor and donate it to a local homeless person or van sleeper. I get mines from ikea. who has a general 365 day exchange.

if you got time to go down the rabbit hole google search the mattress under ground.
tells you all about materials and what not. how the mattress companies slap together cheap ass mattress with superior market and how u can put together ur own or buy from reputable local brands that cut out the marketing in favorite of better materials.
if not 500 not a bad price for this one.
