I missed out on the 20% off Black Friday deal on Ooni pizza ovens but was able to get close on the Ooni Koda 16 gas pizza oven at bbqgrill.com. Currently on sale for $539 and promo code BBQGRILLS50 knocks off another $50. Shipping is free. My total with tax came to $531 shipped to California.
Other Ooni models and accessories are on sale as well, including the Karu 16.

There was a pricing error at sak's fifth avenue that priced the koda 16 at 50% off which was $299. I think this was about 5 months ago?
1 - it takes forever and a day to heat it up.
2 - open fire is hot af to mess with and makes it a little more likely you may burn something.
I have this, and have seen it as low as 200. its a 12, not a 16, but heats up in 30-40 minutes, hits 800f instead of 900f like the uni.

keep tabs on it. i honestly like using this more than the ooni....but if you have big crowds on the regular and want to cook bigger pies the ooni is the right way to go.
