Online only. Regular price is $30 for a new one and $15 for exchange (cheaper with BBY coupons usually).

Store refused to honor price for exchange.

Cheapest I've seen them and they even canceled my first order.

Thx, in for 2. I usually do exchanges at Bed Bath & Beyond with one of their 20% off coupons, but I'm worried how much longer my local store will be in business... this will tide me over for a while.

Same here, concerned for local BB&B stores.
With 20% coupon and Discover points exchanged to BB&B GC (20% off) promo, I think that's better deal than getting new cylinders from Staples.

Agreed, but I wanted additional cylinders anyways. Always have one in use and one spare, so could only exchange one empty at a time. Getting two more with this deal, I'll be able to exchange 2 or 3 empties at a time now, and make fewer trips.
