Man, do I disagree completely. I did business with a local reseller a couple of times, and I never will again. Kept trying to sell me useless 'upgrade' packages and would not shut up about how often I could trade in and get a new phone when all I wanted was an answer to 'How much does THIS phone cost me?'

I've had way better luck with corporate stores. You ask them a question, they answer it, and they don't seem to care much if you buy a phone or not. Resellers always have a flea market air around them that I don't care for at all.

This is the same example I have got at one local store and googled and many others had similar deals to this in all local stores near me too

I've had such awful experiences with online and phone customer service that if anything requires a relatively complicated conversation or resolution I prefer to go to the store.

My wife and I spent hours on chat and phone trying to uncluck Xfinity. The issue was resolved in ten minutes at the local store.

Explained above story to the lady. She put me on hold for 15 mins and said she will submit a form and someone will getback. This episode took me more than 1 hour but no +ve outcome. I bought 3 BYOD lines in Aug ☺️

So they haven't even fulfilled aug rebates yet. Terrible
Hoping Costco will step up to this as I'm sure none of us would have ever bought from them if we knew they were not inside Costco.
