Costco is great but their willingness to partner with shady suppliers and companies sucks. It's fine with their products because of the return policy but not for their shady partners on travel, insurances, wireless, installation etc

Wow but no surprise. Costco can use better partners I waited more than an hour to do iphone 14 upgrade and no one showed up working on time even when there's 3 reps supposed to show up for work. They would just walk in whenever they like!

Now hopefully my rebate has no issues…got only $90 account credits on a 360 trade in…

Sad for the folks working there especially during this time of the year. I honestly can't believe how they shut down overnight. Don't the CEOs spare a minute for the families of the people working there ?

Did you submit the rebate on T-Mobile website or mypromochoice ? I guess T-Mobile rebates should be fine but mypromochoice hasn't even fulfilled Aug rebates so looks like it was all part of the plan to run with whatever sales they could after the iPhone 14 launch

Damn....lol, I bought $2000 in costco giftcards (needed to meet bonus spending on new mastercard) to use towards 2 iphone 14 pro (getting the $720 + 100 back in debit) but they never had them in stock. Literally been waiting months to use giftcards....I suppose dodged a bullet, kinda. That's alot of giftcard for me though....ugh

I opened two BYOD lines for $300 strictly for rebates only on September. I m not even using those lines. Paying $120 per month. I wonder should I cut the loss or keep paying more hoping Costco to get in to solve the problem

PSA Costco's Cell phone Kiosks run by Wireless Advocates ceased operations as of yesterday 12/05/2022


Was at Costco this morning and apparently there is not information at the store level and obviously no one is there to help answer questions and even the website is no longer working so just a heads up for anyone in the same boat to keep up and post anything that helps the community.

Speaking to a person at Costco (also seeing some comments about this on Reddit) it looks like TMo or ATT might take over some or all operations but in the meantime its going to be a mess as new orders are not going to get the support needed as the new codes and account activations etc are with WA and the employees are locked out as we speak. The deal details are not available to no one knows FYI of the timing etc.

My local one removed these guys quite a while ago. I was surprised to walk in and see only Att kiosk which looked identical to what Sam's club had and it seemed it was set up by Att and didn't involve guys that closed down.
