how does one figure out if a movie purchased on amazon using credits will translate into anything on MA or itunes? I was thinking of purchasing with my credits(probably could find a few more I need):
good, bad and the ugly

dawn of the planet of the apes (I have hd in itunes)

Obviously it would be cheaper to buy the 3 pack on itunes, but I have about 14 credits to waste.

Easily one of the best and most consistent trilogies in recent memory for me. All three movies are outstanding - the first is probably the weakest.

If you have time, watch them back-to-back-to-back.

Apple automatically upgrade previous purchase whenever a higher quality version is available. So the newer titles will show up as 4K (although 4K version weren't even released when his 9-movie bundle was first created). Someone else mentioned their upgrade in this comment section

2) Use the digital codes, sell the disks on something like https://www.reddit.com/r/MediaSwap/
3) ???
4) Profit

Or buy the codes on https://www.reddit.com/r/DigitalCodeSELL as the above is what people do on there and you can get the codes cheap.

When I click on Apple store link it looks like the movies are in HD and not 4K. Since it was not clear I went for the vudu 4k which is same price.

Unfortunately if you buy the Vudu version of this, you will only get them all in HDX. Apple will give you 4K for the ones that are available in 4K, though.

I recently bought the the 50 year 9 movie planet of the apes physical collection(3 weeks ago and the 3 newer movies are 4k). but it only gave hd versions of the movies in itunes. some I already had hd version of that movie from bluray digital codes.

mainly wanted to know how to tell when buying UHD digital on amazon will give UHD digital on MA and/or Itunes. Last time I bought some off amazon, it was off a list someone posted saying they were MA versions. So somehow that person found that out.
