Bought this last time the deal was posted. This thing can easily be knocked off the base and ends up not charging. As already mentioned, battery is small so if it didn't get charged fully, it'll run for like 10-15 minutes, go back to the charger, then SOMETIMES it would finish cleaning, but most of the time it would just not clean anymore until the next scheduled time. Cleans decent but I really miss my old xiaomi roborock.

Also, people in the past have complained about the wheels leaving black streaks on the floor by the charger. I haven't experienced this so maybe they already fixed the issue.

Hope they are not discontinuing it. Mine has yet to get the dual floor and spot cleaning firmware update. May pick up another one at this price for the second floor.

We've had ours for over a year and we love it. We got our rooms set for certain days and times it knocks it out and goes back to the base. Only thing we have to do is dump the bin. It doesn't get stuck under furniture. Only thing that has slowed it down has been cat toys getting twirled up around the brushes. Tempted just to buy a backup.

I purchased two last time when they were on sale for each floor. They worked well for few months before throwing an error about a sensor not clean or something and just stopped working Al together. Wyze support was not at all helpful

Edit: I have to choose a different store…

I currently have an ECOVACS and it has trouble getting over room molding threshold because of height so it always annoying gets stuck and not able to clean other rooms, anyone know if this will overcome higher thresholds?

Make sure you have a good antivirus and firewall. Wyze systems have very suspicious activity on networks sending out information on unsecure ports.

I just grabbed one of these. Box is white and green, but it specially indicates multi-floor and spot cleaning on the box. Is it possible that it still won't have the current firmware?

I bought mine during BF and the firmware is 1.6.306. It works great. The only bug I noticed is that when there are varying levels of sunlight and shade on the floor, the vacuum confuses it with dirt and then slows down to spot clean that area.

So I got the Green and Black box (The features are posted on the box btw, so it says multi floor mapping etc) and I'm not sure what to think yet; it did an initial map which doesn't look correct at all; it's quite frankly way off for the living room. It spent a lot of time mapping under my couch, so much so I thought it was stuck. It had trouble getting over my kitchen threshold (one of the things I was worried about), though it eventually did with multiple tries. What did I do wrong though with the mapping?

Edit: I just read it should do a first time vacuum to get full mapping, so I'm going to try that!
