Bought this last time the deal was posted. This thing can easily be knocked off the base and ends up not charging. As already mentioned, battery is small so if it didn't get charged fully, it'll run for like 10-15 minutes, go back to the charger, then SOMETIMES it would finish cleaning, but most of the time it would just not clean anymore until the next scheduled time. Cleans decent but I really miss my old xiaomi roborock.

Also, people in the past have complained about the wheels leaving black streaks on the floor by the charger. I haven't experienced this so maybe they already fixed the issue.

Hope they are not discontinuing it. Mine has yet to get the dual floor and spot cleaning firmware update. May pick up another one at this price for the second floor.

I do not find the "Wyze skill" in the Alexa app as supposed. The instructions in Wyze app to add the vacuum to Alexa specifically mentions that there is a Wyze skill.

Can someone confirm if Alexa has removed the support/ skill and is no longer applicable?

Wifi SSID must support 2.4Ghz connections. I separate my 5Ghz with a separate SSID from 2.4Ghz.

So I see some getting teal and white box and others black and teal box which one is newer model? Or what one do I want our Walmart has them in the teal and black box

This is the only device I have ever had difficulty connecting to my wifi. Seems it is a common issue. Might be going back. Tried everything.

I even got a notification that Wyze joined my network but the connection in the wyze app still said failed.

Created a separate 2.4 guest network, got the alert wyze joined from my wifi app, but the wyze app still ends up saying connection failed.

I believe black and teal is new. I've purchased 3 of these boxes in-store, each with date labels after 12/1/22, and each came with 1.6.306.

Returning mine. Won't connect in the app. Took it to a friend's house and won't connect there either.

Built a separate guest 2.4 no go there either. Pretty crappy.

I picked one from store, black and teal color. It came with 306 firmware, and never had any problem to connect to wifi. Before connecting to your home wifi make sure connect to it's on wifi. I guess that's may be some people confused with?

2100pa is okay but if you have carpet, well, it can struggle depending on if you have a high pile or commercial style flats.

I got one about a year ago, and 5 months later it developed the lidar sensor blocked error. It took me a month to figure out how to get a replacement because the website for getting one was brok on mobile and I didn't try the desktop version. About 6 month later, now the replacement started giving this same error again. Unless you are a pro at fixing electronics, this thing has about a year life time including the warranty replacement unit. No wonder it is so cheap, they are just dumping their stock.
