Bought this last time the deal was posted. This thing can easily be knocked off the base and ends up not charging. As already mentioned, battery is small so if it didn't get charged fully, it'll run for like 10-15 minutes, go back to the charger, then SOMETIMES it would finish cleaning, but most of the time it would just not clean anymore until the next scheduled time. Cleans decent but I really miss my old xiaomi roborock.

Also, people in the past have complained about the wheels leaving black streaks on the floor by the charger. I haven't experienced this so maybe they already fixed the issue.

Hope they are not discontinuing it. Mine has yet to get the dual floor and spot cleaning firmware update. May pick up another one at this price for the second floor.

I picked one from store, black and teal color. It came with 306 firmware, and never had any problem to connect to wifi. Before connecting to your home wifi make sure connect to it's on wifi. I guess that's may be some people confused with?
I called support today and they couldn't help either connecting it. Said I should be getting an email from higher support. I have over 80 connected devices and this is the only device I have ever had an issue with. Must be defective.

Just confirming, there are two versions that are being shipped:

Brown box
Teal box

The teal box is the one with the updated firmware or is it hit or miss with both and you have to unbox?

Just exchanged one at Walmart. First one would not connect to wifi, and support was not helpful. Got the new one and it connected instantly.

Going to miss a few features the my Eufy has. Being able to record your on messages/voices was pretty awesome. Also eufy has google home integration. Voices though is great and I will miss that.

Best robot vacuum you can buy under 150 or Even 200 hands down. Great suction power and it works really well with the mapping at avoiding things.i have multi floor support. It does not work with Google home or Google assistant. So no voice commands unless you have Alexa and set up IFTTT for it to work. To me it's not worth it. I just start/stop it from the app.

9.5/10 would recommend at 150. No more than 200 though. I'd it had a mop it would be worth 200

Yeah…I am testing it out right now. I only have the eufy 30 verge to compare it to, but right away the eufy app is better. Doing a quick map of the house now, everything is picked up so the floors are clean, and the map looks pretty horrible. Maybe it gets better once it cleans and updates it a few times…hopefully that's the case.

Miss a few features out of the gate, auto suction, voices, google home integration, just to name a few. Haven't done a vacuum yet, just the quick map. Also, wit the sensor on the wyze, it can't go under our couches like the eufy, which is disappointing. And it get stuck under things the eufy went under with ease.

The only eufy product I have is the vacuum, and I have only had that about a month.

Haven't had to use eufy support, but Wyze support wasn't great at all.

Edit - right now the Wyze can't find its base after the initial mapping. It's in the same place the eufy was, and eufy never had an issue. Hopefully this thing get better, but right now, it's not so great.

It's also a lot louder. A lot. Have it on the medium setting and it's easily twice as loud as the eufys highest setting. This is not a run at night vacuum if you run it anywhere near where people sleep. Will have to adjust our schedule. Already had a complaint from the other work at home parent in the house, this thing is loud. Really want to like this one though since it had dedicated rooms and no go zones. That was the reason for me to try this one out.

The stupid periscope thing causes it to get stuck constantly. Edge of the bed, dresser, nightstand, couch.

Mine arrived about a week ago.
I had to install the app and connect it to the wifi, that wasn't smooth as it was failing to find the device repeatedly, but it ended up connecting eventually. After that it download two back to back updates.
So far for the price it seems like I nice toy. I enjoy watching it do its thing.
The algorithm is not efficient, i noticed it goes over the same spot multiple times and struggles to create the perimeter of the room. sometimes the rotating brush pushes the debris in the middle of the room but the vacuum doesn't pick it up until it finishes covering the entire floor.
It gets stuck sometimes like under the bed.
And sometimes it cannot find home and go charge, this happened when it was in a different room. Battery depletes fast but it can go for at last 30min.
The app is cool, you can set the schedule, power of the suction, edit the map, operate remotely. There are some bugs, not critical though.

Mine did a quick map, it wasn't accurate but it tells you that once it does a full session of vacuuming, it'll have a better accurate map. I love this thing, it just goes around each and every leg of a couch, dresser or a table....sort of satisfying to watch. I do agree this is a bit loud, but I just saw a family member with a self emptying roomba... this roomba sounds like an airplane engine when self emptying.

I only have the eufy 30 to compare it to, and honestly when I bought the eufy for $99 I was getting it as a low end, cheap vacuum to try. I truly didn't expect these robot vacuums to be as good as they are. That thing (eufy) is actually really good for the price. It goes everywhere the wyze can't, is quieter, has a better app, easier to empty, larger bin, has never gotten stuck and has always returned home. I expected the wyze to blow it out of the water, but that isn't the case. I haven't decided if I am keeping it yet. I will give it a few more days and see. So far there is no comparison, eufy is by far the superior unit.

But… I like the ability to name and separate the rooms and the ability to have no go zones. The eufy I have can't do this and it is something we want.

Just not sure yet if those two features outweigh everything else.

If the wyze did not have no go zones it would be returned immediately. This thing gets stuck EVERYWHERE. Never had that happen with the other one.

I keep seeing that Roborock thread and wonder how much better those are. They are a lot more though.

Try turning off your mobile data and try again. It worked for me.
