This is the closest i've seen (outside the scam BS from amazon) to the Best Buy clearance about 6mo ago ($350 if i remember).

Very good detector. Having the directional arrows is very helpful.

Even though newer models have come out, the prices on these haven't changed much in 2 years, and in many cases, these actually cost more now, so any discount is good.

Now I see a recent firmware update to my R3 that adds more features and tweaks. Great to see a company that keeps updating prior products to keep up with current changes.
