Not a bad price at all. However, it appears they use an assortment of artificial sugars and only soy protein devaluing any savings. Clif Builders have a better price per gram of protein everyday if you want Soy without all the artificial sugars.

Seems like recent research is indicating that soy protein isn't bad for men like initially thought. Of course, future research could swing back the other way again, like nutritional science tends to.

I tend to care less about this and only about it being a "meal replacement". If I'm seeking protein specifically, these aren't on my radar.

Not a bad price for peanut butter right now: $15 for 12 bars = 232 kcal / $
Thanks
15g of protein for 210 calories isn't great, but much better than Clif Energy bars. I normally get 20g of protein for 180-200 calories, but I don't see them on sale at the moment (on Amazon).
The cinnamon toast cereal smells delicious when you open it but it tastes like cardboard. Easily one of the worst meal replacement bars I've ever tried.

There are 23g of carbs - 4g Fiber - 5g Sugar Alcohol = 14g of net carbs per bar.
Seems fine to me.
