The woot deal might have them included, but these cold be older stock. I would buy one of the cool master out-of-the-box kit for LGA1700 since they're only $5

That all depends on your current CPU, it seems like the only socket that needs a "kit" is the 1700.

You mean Voltage not Watts. The power that goes to this comes from the computer power supply, which is the same regardless of input Voltage.

Bagged one. I just installed one of these last week and I paid $87. Silent at idle. Quiet under load. Keeps my i7-12700K nice and cool. My Amazon bought unit came with the LGA 1700 bracket so if this one is old stock and doesn't have one, no sweat. Be shame if I forget to include it in my return of the $87 unit.
