Rather rude of you and silly to also assume that just because someone doesn't want to spend money without thinking somehow means they can't afford to do so.

I believe if you add, order, and cancel the Apple Pencil, your total cost will get discounted to reflect the 30% off of total transaction. Try it and see what happens.

Edit: My transaction shows $310 and change for both Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard.

$192 and change WITHOUT the pencil.
