Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

In got a 24 month deal from Xfinity at $24.99 a month. Bought a router on Craigslist and damn happy. I'm in Bay Area and still have another year on this plan. Not sure of speed, but no issues at all and very dependable connection.

Verizon is also $25

I get a little faster speed with tmobile though and only paying $10/month.

Check the thread for the business tablet line. Fairly easy to get unlimited home internet for $10/month

I'm getting the same quality as the tmobile home internet I was paying $50/month for

Unfortunately their website says T-Mobile home internet service is not available in my location (must be over subscribed, because I have T-Mobile for cell phone and 5G UW service at my house).

Anyone have any tips or tricks for getting around this? (Was thinking of maybe trying to subscribe at my parents address not too far away where it's available and then after a month say I'm moving and try to transfer the service location)? If that doesn't work and no other tricks, fingers crossed they open up some availability in my area once this promotion goes live.
Just put your parents address. They don't track where you take the Gateway. It won't ever matter

I've had TM Home Internet for a few months and can comment on it.

The speed can be great depending on your area. Here, about 10 minutes East of Downtown Los Angeles I can get upwards of 600Mbps/65Mbps, but most of the time it is around 400/65Mbps. The router is decent, but not nearly as strong as my AX6000. I does seem to slow down every so often, so I restart it every week and it's all fine after that. Downtime has been very minimal, no more than Spectrum is. I do not see any slower speeds during peak times. For some, not being able to port forward may be an issue, but I run a VPN and speeds are great with NordVpn. No data caps either.

I already get it for $30/mo which I thought it was a no-brainer. Spectrum just raised their prices to $80/mo. Hopefully I can lock in this new $25 price.

Existing customers (or those that cancel within 30 days) are not eligible.

Might be worth switching to Verizon's HI for $25 offer then coming back.

Does it specifically say that? I didn't read through all 12 pages yet.

This is what I found in the news articles.

Existing T-Mobile Home Internet customers, including those on the Magenta Max bundle, are not eligible for this deal. Those looking to take advantage of the offer also would need to have not had T-Mobile Home Internet for at least 30 days.

I know my existing Tmobile Home Internet bill won't be able to lower from $50 to $25. But what can prevent you to sign up for another Tmobile Home Internet for $25 and then cancel the original $50 line? The cost might be just additional $25 in the first month when you pay two Tmobile Home Internet service. Your cost will eventually decrease to $25. You will also get a newer router. I will give it a try.

I get 500 Mbps on 5g from a tower right next to my house but the unlimited Home Internet isn't available. I can get the $50 data buckets though
