Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.

If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

it looks like they're basing the promotion start time based on the address you enter. I am in CA, tried spoofing my location and time to the east coast, but my address for service is in CA so it's not showing me the updated price. looks like the location has to be beyond 00:00:01 time for it to show up for the service address timezone.

The gateway that serves as the modem to connect gl the tower has wifi and ethernet ports. They don't charge for the equipment as long as the service is active. If you cancel you have to return it or pay $200 and keep it.

I'm on small business Magenta Plus plan.. but the promotion is only valid for Magenta MAX plan and they only give $20 discount.. So it seems like this promo doesn't apply to business account if anyone is wondering.

Expect speed slow down during peak usage as well as more people onboard the plan. 5G is still in its infancy so its not going to be like your normal ISP

I called and they said the promotion only applies to those who has MAX plan. and the discount is $20 so you will probably end up $30/month. I don't have MAX plan so I decided not to get it.

I just noticed this after you mentioned it. When did they actually cancel it? I don't think I ever got a notice. It was supposed to be free for life also…
