Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.

If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

Ok, so now 2 T-Mobile chats. I am on old simple choice promotion plan.

1st one said for magenta max customers only and tried to get me to a twitch.

2nd said I am eligible and I only need to sign up for internet and bill credits will be applied within 2 months.

I read the terms and nothing says you need to be T-Mobile magenta plan, nor is this stated anywhere on the promotion page. Taking screen shots of the chat and the terms and just going to sign up with my fingers crossed.

What's funny is that they "support" my parents address which only gives usb 1 Mbps download during peak times but my address isn't supported and I get higher speeds? What's the logic?

Same, I checked last night when it went live and early this morning it showed $20 after $5 autopay discount on Magenta Max plan, now if I check it shows $30 (same discount as previously before this promo).

Looks like there was an error on their end and they fixed it, now to get $25 you have to chat to a rep.
I wonder what will happen to people that got it for $20 deal. Will the price be adjusted?

I contacted t-mobile via text and was told I was eligible for the $25 for life promo. The order reflected the full price of $55 a month, but they confirmed the promo would appear on my bill. They also confirmed that I was eligible for the $100 Mastercard and that they would waive the $35 activation fee upon activation. Fingers crossed it all pans out.

Simple Choice…Had to call in to get the deal..chat rep was not ignorant and the phone rep was also but she did some digging and got both the $25 plan and $100 Mastercard promo added…initially the rep said simple choice is excluded but then read all the terms of this new promo and said sorry you are eligible

Save your screenshots but it will probably be an uphill battle. Site was glitching and stacking non-stackable discounts.

You need to check your coverage. I've had this for at least a year without drops. 100-500+mb at any given time of the day.

I have t mobile phone and did a speed test at home. Is the speed pretty much same with tmobile home internet router or is it going to be better?
