Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

This is the same T-Mobile that had "free data for life" for tablets back in 2013, just to end it in 2017.
Are you talking about the 200mb freebie? I had mine up until about a year ago.

I don't have the words to express my utter disdain for T-Mobile.
They messed up changing our plan over to get the First Responder's discount, refused to acknowledge that they screwed up, then lied repeatedly about what the problem was, not to mention every customer service associate told a different story as to why there was an issue. They gave weeks and weeks of empty promises & lies & had more than ample opportunity to remedy the situation.
We left them & haven't looked back. Even $25/month internet cannot entice me back.

Is $25/mo explicitly shown when you order it? I am a post paid customer, I still see $50/mo when I got to the ordering page. What am I missing?

What chat are people using? The one on the page to check availability told me to call a number. Rather go through chat so I can screenshot.

You didn't need to add a line at all.

You should have read the terms. No where does it state that you need to add a line.
Rep stated it was because I was on the Simple Choice plan. I already have TMobile internet. Rep stated I had to keep extra line for a year.

No, they are bill credits. You won't see anything until 1-2 months when the credits get applied.

Unfortunately that happens with older plans. I had some similar issues and they fixed it by escalating to the CEO team. Also, the support on their Twitter team is top notch. But 611 seems to only be able to handle simple things
