They also have another antenna that's better if you have direct site of the tower and a 4x4 if you want to do all the antenna connections it has. I've heard that its better to do 2 2x2 antennas though but not confirmed that
Thank you!

I'm an existing home internet customer. Customer service rep told me that if I add a second home internet line, then cancel the existing home internet line within the first year, they would remove the credits.
I just went to a T-Mobile store and was told the same thing. The employee showed me the internal T-Mobile document and FAQ for the promotion. It states in clear terms that if *any* line is cancelled in the future then the $25 credits would stop. It also stated that if you have cancelled an internet line within the past 90 days then that line would need to be reactivated to get the $25 credits on the second internet line.

If any rep tells you otherwise then they are misinformed.

No. The ToS say service can only be used at the address validated at the time of service activation.

This means the sole option available for existing Internet customers is to cancel and rejoin after 30 days which is very risky because (1) we don't know if there will be any spots left on our cell tower and (2) we don't know when this promo ends.u
30 days? From T-Mobile's page:

If you have cancelled Internet lines in past 90 days, you may need to reactivate them first.

Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
Not portable.

So stupid, so the solution they provided for existing customers is to shop around elsewhere???

With T-Mo's chat on the app and they don't seem to know the promo. Asked me for a screenshot. It's on their homepage Frown

Debating if I should bail and try again with someone more knowledgeable.

I am consistently getting 400-900 Mbps down and 50-90 Mbps upload. Working great for me. Light-years better than the Xfinity garbage I had.

just got mine a week or so ago, paying 30 since I have Magenta Max. Might have to get this adjustment to 25.

For the $100 virtual prepaid master card , you must submit online at promotions.t-mobile.com with promo code ithin 30 days of activation:. You must wait until you receive the device and activate the device before you redeem the offer Online- this is what customer chat rep is telling that. is it true?

I needed to chat with rep to get the deal, but got with all the same promos already discussed.

Upsale was attempted for a bundle that had a hotspot backup that continues to work during power outage for 39.17. I basically live under a tower, so my speeds are 100x over what I currently get from Centurylink, so optimistic.

One question: I currently use Google Wifi and love it because I can control my kids devices (shut off their wifi at bedtime). Can you use an additional router like that with the T-Mobile device?
I still use my Asus GT-AC5300 router. I just set the one wifi connection it makes you keep active to something no one uses.

The website is directing me to a physical store to sign up. What century is this?? I may get around to it, but probably not.
