Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

The plan and discount showed up after the device shipped. I ordered on 12/8. Device shipped 12/10. I got a text that the unit shipped. When I went in my online acct it was showing up. The first sentence of my previous post says what plan I have.

Someone with SC grandfathered said he was able to sign up through chat.
If any rep tells you otherwise then they are misinformed.
Do I understand this correctly -- If any T-Mo line is cancelled, then the $25 Home Internet credit for new customers will get cancelled too? For instance, say you have 6 cell lines and a VOIP line, then you add Internet for $25. If you later cancel 1 of the cell lines or the VOIP line, then your $25 Internet credit vanishes forever?
If yes, then this deal is locking everyone into their existing cell plans forever in order to keep the $25 Internet credit.
At this point I'm giving up hope and moving on since no existing customers have posted success, except perhaps by adding a 2nd Internet and they can't cancel the first Internet.

I got:
1. $25 internet with $100 credit and activation fee waived.
2. 2 free iPhone 13s, trading our XRs. even swap.
3. Six magenta max cell lines for $255. comes with (5) $200 mastercard gift cards, all 6 lines have activation fee waived, free netflix and apple tv subscription.
In a few months, I can downgrade to the Megenta plan for $180 with no effect on the mastercard gift cards.
