Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

I know my existing Tmobile Home Internet bill won't be able to lower from $50 to $25. But what can prevent you to sign up for another Tmobile Home Internet for $25 and then cancel the original $50 line? The cost might be just additional $25 in the first month when you pay two Tmobile Home Internet service. Your cost will eventually decrease to $25. You will also get a newer router. I will give it a try.
I tried ---- told me I had to be gone for 90 days to get the discount at all

When I try to just purchase online, it quotes me $50, no $25 promo to be found.

I've tried live chat several times. The first person literally "hung up" on our chat when I said I wanted this promo. The second person told me

"that $25 promotion is false and not from T-Mobile unfortunately." and when I challenged this they said, "So that is a incorrect promotion, we only offer home internet for $50 monthly or $20 off if you have 2 or more lines on the Magenta Max plan as well. We also have a offer for $10 off monthy for new customers."

I am a tmobile voice customer of about 5 years, post paid, one phone line. I specifically mentioned promo 2022 HINT P22.

How are other people getting this to work? Any magic phrasing tips??
Hey there and thanks so much for reaching out! I want you feeling confident about this offer, so I'm super glad you checked in on this. As long as the line is added during the promotional period, you will see the price go down to $25.00 per month on each bill, even though it will say $50.00 now [due to it being an offer that gets added after per the promotion not being a promo-code offer]. As long as yo complete the order, you're good to go!

That's the message I got from T-Mobile rep on FB messenger. Hope that help

I have T-mobile home internet. It's consistent and fast for me. But your experience will vary based on your environment. And yes, you can carry the gateway with you and bring it other places. The Nokia gateway even has a battery. T-mobile says you can't take it outside your home, but they don't stop you. But your experience can be vastly different in different areas.

Well, I did sign up for the 2nd Tmobile Internet Service successfully, since I have family plan with multiple lines already.

The Rep said I can chose add one new voice line or add one new internet line to qualify I choose add one new internet line.

I already got my Gateway order number.

The rep said I might new void the line's $25 monthly promotional credit if I cancel my existing $50 internet line within 90 days.

It is a surprise for me, last year I had T-mobile home internet for few months, but I have to end up cancelling, when I called them now, they say I don't have service available at my home. Does any one had this issue?

After reading the comments from people who don't have TMHI but "I've heard blah blah", I decided to give you a real review. I have T-Mobile Home Internet. It *never* drops. It does not buffer. If you have a good T-Mobile signal you're going to get fast, reliable internet. I live out in the country and I went from ATT's dsl at 6mbps (which was *always* buffering, always having problems, just a load of garbage) to 100 mbps (sometimes more, yesterday morning I got 206mpbs) with T-Mobile. I work from home and it has been a godsend. It runs on 5G, or 4G if your tower isn't up to speed with the upgrades yet. Seriously, especially if you live outside of a city or town and internet is hard to come by, get it. No fees ever, no data caps, no equipment costs, lovely strong wifi that reaches all over the house and my yard. I had been saving for Starlink if and when it ever came available (and still isn't). Not now. I'm a T-mobile customer and I will stay one.
I have had TMHI for about three months and couldn't stand it. Speed was great but reliability was crap. It would go off every hour or half hour (and then come back). Working from home with this sort of reliability is impossible. I had switched back to my cable internet. If you are in a location with only DSL as the option or don't have any other option, TMHI is probably the best (if you have get good TMHI network connection). If you have a choice, and if you need reliable internet, TMHI may not work out. Cost and speed are awesome though. I'm guessing the reliability is probably going to be an issue with other carrier 5G Home internet as well but do not know. Its worth a try though.

Call 844-839-5057. Chat didn't work for me either but phone did. $25/mo and $100 rebate, making it free for 4 months and 15 day free trial.

T-Mobile limits the number of spots per area. You have to wait until they decide to add more, or if someone in your area cancels.
