Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

However, now I see a new line added to my account with a new phone number. Confusingly, the details of this number say T-Mobile home Internet.
I also don't see the hint discount.Only the auto pay.

I'm glad you are asked. That is what I'm here for. I can get you unlimited 5G $50 month -$25 discount = $25 All internet requires power. I can give you a hotspot through 24 monthly credits. You just pay $10 a month for unlimited with the first 2GB at high speeds to get some back up if you lose power and to use for internet on the go. Then there is a mophie power charger for $5 a month, no interest for only 12 months. In the even of a power outage you use that to charge your hotspot and router and cell phones. That way you have service.
