My account after 40 hours only has the $5 promo, and when I look at the history, it shows I ordered the HSI on 12/7…. At 10:30 pacific time.
The promotion shown was 2022 HINTP18.Hoping this will change once the device is activated.

Maybe it helped that I was getting an additional home internet device (which I needed anyway), but others in this thread have mentioned that they got the $25 deal applied to their one and only TMHI line of service. Give it a shot.
Had AT&T DSL before, so this is an upgrade. By my window, I've been getting 300 to 400 download and over 100 on upload. I do notice my speeds decrease during busy times of the day, but it's still night and day over AT&T. Signal has not dropped either. I've seen 500 when I had my window open that's why I'm probably planning to get A waterproof box, my only dilemma is I live in Florida heat could be an issue. I will have to put a fan in.
Really depends how far you are away from a 5G Tower Good luck.
