Where does one go to get a detailed order status showing monthly discount like in this screenshot? I placed my order through chat on the mobile app. I can't find the order by logging into my account on a desktop and going to order status. I have to go to the generic check order status screen where I input my order #, last name, and zipcode. But all it shows is a basic Order -> Shipping -> Estimated Delivery status.

Just chatted with T-Force and they reassured me that I did everything right and qualify, and that these types of bill credits don't show up for everyone at the same time.
