Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

Awesome, thank you. Now to give it a try - I doubt that they'll even honor it, much less keep from screwing up my account even further. I have so little faith in them that I wonder if I should just hang on to the $25/mo that they've promised. So much aggravation dealing with them.

They won't honor it. Even if the rep says so. The system will detect it's not eligible and continue to kick it off daily.

You may want to mention the approx. post #. Since each person can set their own posts per page like 20 posts per page or 50 posts per page , etc. So page 41 may contain different posts for different people.

Tried it and really wanted it to work but would get drops. Fast when it worked, dead around 5pm. Called the tech support and they said it was lower priority than phone service and I live next to 2 interstates merging Downtown so too much congestion to work for me. Ymmv

MAX customer. I did not enter any promo code, T-Mobile applied the code automatically. Monthly Cost $20 with AutoPay. Screenshot attached.

Where does one go to get a detailed order status showing monthly discount like in this screenshot? I placed my order through chat on the mobile app. I can't find the order by logging into my account on a desktop and going to order status. I have to go to the generic check order status screen where I input my order #, last name, and zipcode. But all it shows is a basic Order -> Shipping -> Estimated Delivery status.

Well, I hope they'll at least give me the advertised $25/mo

Existing customers shafted: "Unfortunately customers who already have T-Mobile Home Internet at any rate, or who have had and cancelled Home Internet in the last 30 days, are not eligible for this promotion."
I have had T-Mobile home internet for a year now. I was able to add another line using the promotion + $100 card. I will see if i can cancel the original home internet line later.

I called in and was sent an offer that popped up on the website saying $100 visa card. I'm an existing magenta customer. Is this mentioned in the thread anywhere? I scanned but didnt see anything. Hope everyone else can get the $100 visa card for signing up for the $25 internet. I'll cancel if it sucks. AT&T is $75 a month so willing to try it out.

Signed up on Thursday morning in store with a Simple Choice plan. Currently my account only shows the $5 autopay discount and not the "$25 2022 HINT P22" discount.

Just chatted with T-Force and they reassured me that I did everything right and qualify, and that these types of bill credits don't show up for everyone at the same time.

Guess we will wait and see. At least I got it in writing that I'm good.

LOL I have been a long time customer (over 10 years) and all I can say is "good luck!" in writing is worth virtually nothing these days...

I'm hopeful I guess. Years ago, I had a free line promo that never showed up because the system went by the SIM shipment date rather than my order date. They were able to manually fix it and apply the monthly discount, and I still have it to this day.
