Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

I tried with both a prepaid and a postpaid (Magenta Max) TMobile # and am only seeing $50/month, what gives? Their site is such a mess.

You may want to mention the approx. post #. Since each person can set their own posts per page like 20 posts per page or 50 posts per page , etc. So page 41 may contain different posts for different people.
I wasn't aware that you can set posts per page. Default is 20, and that's what 90% of people have it set at. Noted for future.

Prepaid is not qualified. Postpaid only.

I tried with both. I saw the note about postpaid so I'm trying to get it with that. Is it supposed to say $25 on the checkout screen, or is it $50 with a bill credit? Where can I see that I am indeed getting that bill credit as there is no mention of anything other than the $50?

I'm hopeful I guess. Years ago, I had a free line promo that never showed up because the system went by the SIM shipment date rather than my order date. They were able to manually fix it and apply the monthly discount, and I still have it to this day.
Reps use to be able to manually add codes. But they updated the system. To check daily if your account doesn't meet the requirements. It will remove the promos.

Which phone number do we use to apply for the $100 card. New Home internet number or existing voice number?

But if it was just a mistake (the account had the wrong code applied), who's to say that the account won't meet the requirements? (I'm sure tmobile's messed up systems will find a way, just trying to find a way to have some hope) Does anyone know the difference in amount and requirements between HINTP18/20/22?

I need to know as well, as I got my gateway delivered today and ready to activate.
Appreciate, if anyone prior had submitted the promo.

LOL I have been a long time customer (over 10 years) and all I can say is "good luck!" in writing is worth virtually nothing these days...
In writting works for me every single time, especially with T-Mobile. You just have to submit a complaint to the FCC and FTC and attach all the "in writing" proofs. You will get contacted by T-Mobile paralegal which will try to avoid having to go to the FCC or FTC to see your case as it will cost them a lot more because they will have to send and actual lawyer.

If your are on the right and T-Mobile was the one that messed up very likely the paralegal or the T-Mobile Executive that reaches out will try to make it right for you and offer a real good deal.

If you are trying to scam T-Mobile or you are clearly on the wrong they will go forward with the FCC case.

I have also gone to arbitration with the same result, they usually try to make things right if you have the "in writing" proofs and are clearly on the right. I prefer to due FCC though.

So I just by pure coincidence went outside and when I opened the door there was a box. It turned out to be the gateway. I kept checking the order status online and it kept saying the ordere had not been shipped. I never got a tracking number either. Just checked and it still says it has not shipped and to expect it to get deliverd on Monday. T-Mobile's system needs to be burned on lava fire and built again, really bad.

Activating now and hopefully will get the promo code finally on my account as it stills only shows the Auto-Pay discount only.
