Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

I have TMO1900 router re-flushed into RT-AC68U.
I do understand, lots of router features won't work due double (or triple) NAT.
At least, it does ad blocking well enough.
And I do trust my router more, than TMO gateway somehow...
I wish, TMO just sell Public IP for few extra $ as an alternative to Carrier Grade NAT...

May be I didn't use it enough?
Out of the blue, I get an email that my # (even though it's a tablet) was disconnected.
Then a few months later they tell me that reconnected the number.
By then, it was too late, because I had given away the tablet.
Oh well. The tablet was slow and Android 6.
It was a T-Mobile mistake turning it off a FREE data for life.
They disconnected/discontinued the telephone number associated with the tablet.
You still need a telephone number even if the tablet can't take phone calls.
You scoff if you like, but I wouldn't bank on "for life" with T-Mobile.
