Anyone know the speed of internet for this plan ?
Whatever speed you can get up to 5G. Depends on distance from tower.

I got an email like that (you've got company) but don't see the discount yet. Mobile app still shows home internet as main account even though it shouldn't be.

Will see what happens when it's supposed to show up tomorrow and hopefully get activated. Willing to have some patience but don't want to let my account get messed up or somehow not get this promo.

Thanks for the info.
Sorry. Check account from computer not app. It's still not showing for me in app but is when check via computer.

I edited my earlier comment.

Thanks to everyone earlier who reassured me about when discount would show up. Just had to be patient.

12/10 ordered through t-force and nothing showed in account after. Later that day shipping label was created. Still nothing showing in account.

12/11 order still has not shipped but received email late afternoon - "You'e got company- Your account just got bigger. Thanks for adding new line…"

Checked t-mobile account and saw home internet line added with discount properly showing.

So a little bit over 30 hours for me to reflect in account.
I ordered on 12/8, got the modem yesterday and still no promo on my account. Is getting me kind of worried as most people here on this thread have gotten the promo updated in there account already.

Check from a computer. Not showing in app for me only via computer.

No, $25 the discount is based on existing a voice line. It clearly describes the voice line plan changes impact or on discount.
Or $50 home Internet without any strings
Not sure where you are seeing that terminology: This is what I see:
"credits will stop if you cancel any lines or change plans"
TForce also confirmed the credits will stop if you cancel TMHI line!

Sage one supports more bands than the Arcadian one and it might be locking to one that has lower speeds. Sadly T-mobile doesn't allow you to lock it into a specific one so your next best bet is to move the Sage around to a different location and see if it improves the speeds on the band that it is using or it jumps to a better one.

You can also try calling and explaining your situation and see if they would let you switch to an Arcadian gateway.
Just finished talking to them...
They told me,that I can go to the same corporate store tomorrow, and exchange the device for Arcadian...
I don't understand...My signal is excellent...T-mobile app suggest me to put the gateway by the windows, and I did that...

This has been addressed many times in the thread. The promotional pricing ends if *any* line is cancelled on the account, including (existing) home-internet lines. This is clearly stated in the terms of the offer.
how sure are you? I signed up Magenta Max to get the $25 promo (don't have time to argue with rep and try next one) and thinking about downgrade to Magenta later.

Note for Hulu plus live tv users, it won't initially let you stream live tv because it sees the line as a portable device. I chatted with a Hulu rep, gave them the gateway's IP address and now Hulu live streaming works.

Have the service now for 9 months. It's been good, not great but I'd still keep it and won't ever switch back to comcrap. I get disconnects about every couple of days for about 15 minutes. This is the only bad thing about the service. I get about 150Mbps on average so it's plenty fast for streaming and zoom meetings etc. For the price I'm willing to sacrifice the reliability and even more so now that it'll drop to $25.
Did you disable wifi and connect your own router? This is the known fix for TMHI dropouts and reboots (primarily on older gateways).

I used to see this promo on the T-Mobile home page, I don't see it any more. Still see $100 gift card on the high speed home internet page.

Got my gateway today. Initial test at 8:30pm on Sunday is slightly faster download than xfinity, much faster upload, and slightly slower ping. Speed testing about 320mpbs down, 120mpbs up, and 20ms latency.

At a price 1/3 that of xfinity, I'm pretty happy so far. Not as good as the 800mbps my phone will get on 5G UC, but not horrible. I hope these speeds stick and they eventually bring UC to the home gateway.
What would be helpful is if you could state the brand/model of the gateway they sent you and the actual speeds you are getting.

T-Force was a special team of customer service that was super knowledgeable and had powers to do things normal reps didn't, the only way to contact them is through Twitter or Facebook Messenger. They were created long time ago when John Legere was the CEO of T-Mobile.

Since they were excellent at fixing things word spread like fire and they got swamped with people going to them instead of the normal channels. With the increase of people using T-mobile through the regular customer service to Twitter and Facebook Messenger so now it is a lottery who you get, if T-Force or regular old customers service or even offshore one.

I still prefer resolving my issues through there as I so far have been getting excellent support from there. What I noticed is that when you get a T-Force agent they usually identify themselves as being T-Force. When it is regular or offshore reps they never mention the word T-Force or identity themselves as such. Also you can tell right away is someone from offshore because of their grammar and the way they talk is clearly not US English. Also, try during weekdays 9am to 5pm, outside of that window you will be dealing very very likely with offshore or non-T-Force customer service.

To reachout to them through Twitter send a direct message to this account:

https://mobile.twitter.com/TMobileHelp

Also be prepare to wait a long time. They use to take care of you quickly once they started looking at your case and talking to you. But now they take for ever in between replies which sucks. Is like they are dealing like with 20 people in parallel.
