My guess is no. It's fine for me, but it would probably struggle for someone your size. I've seen it struggle at slower speeds (1 mph) for someone weighing ~170 lbs.

Would this be good for someone 6'2 and 225~ pounds? I want to do an hour of cardio 5 times a week and the most I'd go is 5-6 MPH. I worry with me being taller that the belt width isn't enough at 16'

Edit: If it helps, I go to the gym and try to jog at 5-6 MPH for about 50 minutes and walk at 3 MPH for about 10. Sometimes I do 55 minutes of jogging at 5 mph and 5 mins at 3 mph.

i also think that 16' is not enough. at https://www.treadmillreviews.net/...ers-guide/ it is suggested to have at least 20'

Amazon doesn't price match, so probably not.

I've had one of these for years. It is great for walking, but I wouldn't recommend it for running. For the price, if you just plan on walking it is a great treadmill.

Holy wow, my parents had this brand treadmill back in the 90s. Completely forgot about the brand and even the product line (Cadence).

I got nothing else but to just say this was a real throwback to read the manufacturer and this line of treadmills.

A good cheap treadmill is always nice to have. But, these don't tend to be very comfortable. I can not do more than 3 miles on mine. But, it is easy to operate and move. Also, I got mine barely used for $110. Check your local lists before you buy new one.

Would this be okay for a 211 lbs man for running? I have something right now and it is skipping.

As someone with your exact build, I would not recommend a 16' width. As someone else had suggested I got a 20' width deck, namely The Nordictrack T6.5 that has gone been posted here quite a few times on its seasonal sales the 55' length that is long enough to run on at that height without feeling like you'll run out of room. Was a little pricier than this, but I was having a difficult time finding something new with those dimensions.

The skipping might be caused by a lack of lubrication under the belt or incorrect tension on the belt.

Both easy fixes if you spend 20 minutes reading online or watching YouTube.
Treadmill belts should be lubricated a few times a year anyways.
